Boxing Yoga
Refine your skills and get a full cardio blast in these intense boxing-inspired full body workouts. Using our water filled aqua bags, these 60-minute sessions include 30 mins of combo work and HIIT training, to push your limits and increase fitness, followed by 30-mins of mindful yoga inspired stretch and zen. A hybrid class to turn anyone into a mindful warrior! We lend you the gloves—BYO wrappers/ inners or purchase at reception.
Small group training
Push yourself further with small group training workouts, led by a personal trainer. These 45 minute workouts, designed by our expert trainers, are adapted to suit all fitness levels. With the perfect balance of variety and consistency, along with the motivation of training in a group, you can stay committed to your goals.

Another Flow Athletic original and signature! Combining 30mins strength training and 30mins indoor cycling. Blitz out your cardio & strength training with this winning combination. Start the class is our crowd fave Lift class for 30 mins straight into 30 mins of Ride for the endorphins rush. Reverse Strike will start with 30 mins Ride into 30 mins Lift.
